About the Blogger
Hi there! My name is Kellie. I’m class of 2021 at Boston University where I will be studying Nutrition.
I’m a big believer in “seizing the Tuesday,” a quote from one of my favorite books — Let’s Get Lost by Adi Alsaid. It’s like “carpe diem” but cooler.
I currently reside in Pennsylvania. I’m a tiny Filipino girl, only about five-feet tall. My hobbies include dancing, writing, and reading. I’m a massive fan of the K-Pop genre of music (judge me if you will). Generally, I’m a massive fangirl and bookworm. I occasionally journal, if I’m not too lazy. Traveling is a sincere passion of mine, and I hope to travel the world someday. I believe that the world is such a vast place and I’d like to see as much as I can before I simply can’t.
I dislike eating vegetables, but I eat way too many dessert-like foods. I dislike running, but I run anyway. I enjoy spending time on the Internet, but I really should leave my room more often.
About the Blog: What is KB vs. BU?
Midway through my senior year, I discovered Cath in College. Her vlogs/blog sincerely changed my life. It changed my outlook on the world in addition to allowing me to see more of someone else’s life through the lens of a camera or through typed words on a computer screen.
Cath inspired me to start this: my own little space on the Internet. I’ve always written about my life in some form or another. I’ve also always documented my life whether it be with the camera on my phone or my fancy Canon DSLR camera. Now, with a new chapter in my life beginning, I decided to document the experience as much as I can.
Starting the fall of 2017, I will be a student at Boston University. I thought that it would be extremely cool to share my experience on the Internet with anyone and everyone. These are memories that I’d like to keep for as long as possible.
With that being said, I hope you all will stick around for my future adventures as a college student in the city of Boston.
If you’d like, you can see more of my face on my YouTube, too. I plan on vlogging my experiences as well.
Yup. I do that.
Anyway, see you around!
